Making a tri-fold wallet from one piece of leather

Making a tri-fold wallet from one piece of leather

Made from one piece of leather and held together by stitching in 3 places. This wallet holds about 10 cards, some notes and a Fisher Space Pen.

I have transferred the paper pattern to the computer and you can download the pdf file below:

One-Piece-Trifold-pattern
Important: the paper size needed for this is A2. If your printer doesn’t print paper that large, make sure to check if you can print it out in parts and tape the final pattern together. Most printers have a function for tiled printing.
This is a pdf pattern that will work with 1.2mm thick leather and snugly hold a Fischer Space Pen. If you have a different pen, you could change the shape of the cutout in the middle and fit all kinds of other small pens in the wallet.
